•Export with tax: IGST paid on exports is refunded. Exporter can claim refund through shipping bill or manually via RFD-01.
•Export under Bond/LUT: Accumulated ITC on inputs used for zero-rated supplies can be claimed as refund.
•Inverted duty: When input GST rate is higher than output GST rate, excess ITC can be refunded using the prescribed formula.
•Processing time: Refund should be processed within 60 days of application. Interest at 6% p.a. if delayed beyond 60 days.
•Provisional refund: 90% of the claimed ITC refund is granted provisionally within 7 days for exports under bond/LUT.
