Invoice data: Business details, GSTIN, client information you enter while generating invoices
Usage data: Tool usage patterns, pages visited (via Google Tag Manager)
Payment data: Processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve GST tools and services
To send invoice emails to your clients on your behalf
To send due date reminders (only if opted in)
To process subscription payments via Razorpay
To analyze usage and improve tool accuracy

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers with row-level security. Invoice data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies via Google Tag Manager. You can control cookie preferences via our cookie consent banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase: Database and authentication
Razorpay: Payment processing
Resend: Email delivery
Google Tag Manager: Analytics (only with consent)
Twilio: WhatsApp notifications (only if opted in)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Invoice data is retained for the period you are subscribed. On account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
